Let me start by saying I don’t usually post a review but this company, his crew his staff especially Michael are honest, big attention and to detail. He does not pressure or talk down on you. He is a total gentleman. We sat together and build the patio of my dreams. My patio is unique and he made it happen. My dogs and my family are so happy. My payment for some reason had a bank hold and he was so understanding. He treats his customer like family. He will be my 1st choice in all my future home projects. My patio a rare cantilever design which is a hard feat. 4K has the right minds, manpower, materials and expertise to complete a safe, beautiful and cost effective project.

We were extremely happy with elite. These guys gave us a great quote, showed up on time with a full crew, and finished same day. They pressure washed and cleaned up, as well as moved all of our furniture back on our patio for us. They were extremely communicative and well as put safety first. They also documented the fall build the pictures and send it to us after on Instagram, very cool! We definitely want to use these guys again!

Can’t say enough about the professionalism, extreme detail and quality of work from start to finish. The communication and service can’t be beat. Great work on the timeline! Everything came together quickly and I LOVE the finished project for my Airbnb client! They get so many compliments! I hope we’ll work again in the future.

That is exactly what I was looking for! This aluminum modern patio cover and lattice are the best thing you will find in the market. Michael was extremely attentive, making sure what I had in mind would work. For one second we thought it couldn’t be done but then he had a brilliant idea and my design worked perfectly! The customer service was very important to me and Michael and his team delivered it. Yes, it’s not cheap but it’s pretty much forever! I love my backyard renovation and the patio cover and lattice are absolutely the art piece in this entire design. I’m already planning my next project with them. I totally recommend Elite LA Patios. You won’t regret it!

Michael, Natasha and the team were so amazing to work with! We got quotes from about 4 Companies total and chose Elite LA Patio for their professionalism, responsiveness and ability to get quality materials be Summer! Our new Patio Cover has 100% transformed our space. We went from 5 Post Pergola maze to this beauty with only 2 posts. We had a pergola built before Elite LA Patios and now want it covered for the shade and rain. Natasha was very quick to respond when we inquired and followed up on our appointments with Michael attentively. Our biggest challenge was keeping the daybed swing and the rafters had to be on there to hold it. Michael was very patient, friendly, and confident of his work. I do Uber eats on the side but I’ve been in the construction business since I was 15 years old when my dad had his business one thing you rarely see is a boss who buys his or her workers lunch, well the boss is here went out of their way to make sure that their workers each got what they wanted and I can appreciate that and I gave him 5+ star review for that that is so amazing and I’m sure your workers appreciate it because as a construction worker for time and I know I would’ve and looking at their pictures looks like they do amazing beautiful work.

Fantastic company to work with! Customer service is on point: they are responsive, knowledgeable and way more available than anyone else we talked to!! We were referred to them by the owner of 4K Aluminum, they called us the same day, scheduled our in-home estimate the same week, offered us a very fair price, and we had a signed contract and an installed patio literally within a week!! Our project was pretty simple and the materials were pretty readily available, but still we did not expect to have a transformed patio within two weeks of our initial inquiry!! Michael the owner and contractor was great to work with and super on top of everything from start to finish. The girl at the office was friendly and gave us great communication and top notch service!! We will be recommending Elite LA Patios to our friends and neighbors!!
